Understand

My first priority is to understand my client's needs and problems. I achieve this by conducting thorough research and empathizing with their past experiences, needs and challenges.

This stage involves actively listening, asking open-ended questions, and observing their behavior; ultimately understanding where their business results come from.

Explore

This stage involves Brainstorming and Ideation Sessions with my clients and other stakeholders. We generate a wide range of possible solutions, considering both traditional and unconventional approaches. 

We evaluate the feasibility of each idea, this is a critical stage for generating a broad range of ideas and identifying potential solutions that may not have been initially apparent.

Materialize

Here we craft prototypes, design and build tangible outputs such as internal procedure books, regulations & policies, and business & investment decision recommendations.

I work closely with my clients to test and refine these prototypes, ensuring that they meet their needs effectively. This stage often involves multiple iterations as we work to refine the solutions based on feedback and data.

Ultimately, my goal is to create solutions that are not only effective but also sustainable in the long run.
